Position 1 : Senior Officer, Performance Management and Planning

 

Position Description

 

This position is in charge of helping to develop and implement a bank-wide performance measurement framework in order to consolidate and report annual plans and budgets. to monitor and evaluate the bank’s and its branches’ financial and non-financial performance. Produce and submit reports for management decision-making.

 

Technical Competency Required

 

Collect and organise data for the development of the bank’s performance management strategy, policies, and procedures, as well as monitoring their effective implementation in the division.

 

Assist in the development of plans and reports on the division’s overall activities.

 

Participate in the division’s policy, procedures, and manual’s periodic review and revision.

 

Participate in the development of the bank’s strategic plan, organise performance data on its implementation, conduct a midterm review, and generate reports.

Senior Officer, Mobile & Agent Banking Position 2

 

Position Description

 

This position is in charge of putting the entire mobile and agent banking business in the spotlight in order to improve banking activities and reach more people through agents.

 

Technical Competency Required

 

• Service Management professional with prior experience.

 

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

 

• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

 

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office applications

 

Job Prerequisites

 

Education:

 

Bachelor’s/B.Sc. Degree in Information Technology, IT/Computer Science, Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Position 3: Transformational Projects Principal Officer

 

Position Description

 

This position is responsible for coordinating and implementing extensive transformational projects in planning and execution skills across the bank to achieve bank-wide transformation project performance measurement framework and evaluate the bank’s and its branches’ financial and non-financial performance.

 

Technical Competency Required

 

Lead the development of the bank’s strategy, performance policies, and procedures, ensuring effective transformational project management in the division.

 

Plan, organise, direct, coordinate, and control the division’s overall activities.

 

Encourage close collaboration with initiative/project owners to ensure leadership engagement in transformational project management.

 

Ensure compliance with all compliance, anti-money laundering, and sanctions requirements outlined in the bank’s policies, procedures, and processes.

 

Competencies/Technical Knowledge:

 

• Plan and deliver projects in a systematic, timely, and cost-effective manner, ensuring project outcomes and benefits are realised.

Position Description

 

This position is accountable for the acquisition of new corporate banking clients as well as the expansion/retention of existing relationships; underwriting, negotiating, and managing complex credit relationships; developing and executing relationship management plans for high value clients, which includes effectively collaborating with client support and product teams as well as senior management; and acting in accordance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable government regulations.

 

Technical Competency Required
