The company is registered under licence number 017/12 and proclamation number 86/1994 with the National Bank of Ethiopia. TISc surpassed the minimum requirement of Birr 3 million with a paid up capital of Birr 11.5 million, having started with a subscribed capital of Birr 45 million. In Addis Abeba, it started out with three branches.

Workplace Need
Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Statistics. The only graduation year in 2015 E.C.
No work experience is necessary (new graduate).

Second position: Chief Claims Officer
Workplace Need
Requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field of study, such as engineering, statistics, business administration, management, marketing, or accounting
Work Experience: Four (4) years of insurance-related experience
Number Required: 1/1
Location of Work: Head Office in Addis Ababa
Third Position: Manager, Department of Information and Communication Technologies
Workplace Need
Requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, IT, or a related field of study
Work Experience: Nine (9) years of experience, four of those years spent in supervisory or divisional roles
Number Required: One (1)
Location of Work: Head Office in Addis Ababa
