Description of the job:
• Accountable for achieving planned primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Appointment of distributors in underserved markets.
• Ensure product placement across all available market channels.
• Increase product visibility for quicker offtake.
• Appropriate use of POP material.
• Maintain market product hygiene.
• Reports must be submitted on time.
Job Location:
• DESE (Preference will be given to local candidates based in Dese or Kombolcha)
• HAWASA (Preference will be given to local candidates based in Hawasa)
• BAHIRDAR (Preference will be given to local candidates based in Bahirdar)

Mid-level professional
Background in Education
(Graduate) BA/BSC degree in any field.
Work history: Minimum of 2 (two) years of sales experience in any field. Freshmen would be considered as well.
Competencies required:
• Ability to communicate in Amharic and English. • Willingness to travel extensively within the country.
• Self-starter, presentable, confident, and problem-solving abilities are required.
