Position 1: Graduate-In-Trainee – Business Skills, Experience, and Education:
Bachelor of Arts with a CGPA of 2.75 or higher in Management, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Logistics, and Supply Chain.
The minimum CGPA required to apply for the position is 2.75 (the employer may decide/change the minimum CGPA for shortlisting dependent on the number of candidates).
Only graduates from the 2015 Ethiopian Calendar or the 2023 Gregorian Calendar will be considered.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. All applicants must be Ethiopian citizens.
2. Written tests will be given to shortlisted students in four separate places. Please select your preferred exam location in the application questions area.
3. Please choose the location that is closest to your place of living after graduation.
4. When you apply, you must include your interim certificate of graduation.
POSITION 2 Graduate- In-Trainee- Engineering Skills, Experience, and Education:

- Only prospective graduates with a CGPA of 2.75 or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Food Process Engineering, Chemical
- Engineering, and Industrial Engineering after 2015 E.C and 2023 G.C will be considered.
- Ethiopian nationals are required to apply.
- For shortlisted individuals, assessments will be given in four separate locations. Please select your preferred exam location in the application questions area.
- Please choose the location that is closest to your place of residence after graduation.
