Position 2: Customer Service Executive – I (Recent Graduate)
BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing Banking & Finance, or a related business field is required.
Experience
• There is no prior experience required.
• Only 2023 G.C graduates with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 and above are eligible.
Job Purpose: To improve customer satisfaction by handling front-line customer service activities with care and efficiency; to increase the Branch’s resource mobilisation effort by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.
Important Function
• Engage in and perform customer recruitment and account opening activities, • Begin cash transfer from/to cash, • Receive and deliver physical cash from and to Casher,
• Collects/pays cash and debits/credits accounts, • Checks and balances physical cash with the Casher,
• Retrieve customer signatures, photographs, and verify customers, as well as perform other duties as assigned.
Work Location: Addis Abeba and surrounding areas Outlying branches in the South East Region, Outlying branches in the South West Region, Branches in the Bahir Dar District,
Position 2: Information Technology Trainee Officer-I (Fresh Graduates)
Job Purpose: To contribute to the bank’s smooth business operations by properly providing first level technical support for branches regarding their requests on Core Banking System applications.
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• There is no requirement for previous experience.
• Only 2023 G.C graduates with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 and above are eligible.
Workplace: Addis Abeba, Head Office
• Female applicants are strongly encouraged.
• Applicants who do not attach their Tempo/grade report will be disqualified.
• When the bank requests it, applicants must pass and submit their university exit exam results.
