Job Title: Junior Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Officer
Qualifications and Experience Required
BA in HRM, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in the banking industry is preferred.
Generic Functions: Assist in all aspects of the work unit’s activities.
Maintain important files/records properly and make them available when needed;
Work practises that promote teamwork, collaboration, and transparency;
Follow the bank’s internal control system and risk management programme;
Participate in the development, review, and implementation of the division’s policies and procedures, plan/budget, and performance report.
Other tasks as assigned by his/her supervisor
Specific Duties: Participate in all aspects of talent acquisition and onboarding.
Processes and manages new employee recruitment in accordance with the bank’s existing procedure;
Maintain or enhance key recruiting KPIs Plan and carry out a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy in order to attract high-quality candidates.
Prepare a job posting announcement; facilitate pre-employment activities;
Prepare bio-data for internal/external vacancy applicants for the next stage of the recruitment process;
Other tasks as assigned by his/her supervisor
Position 2 – Customer Relationship Manager
Qualifications and Experience Required
MBA, MA/BA in Business Management/Accounting/ Economics/Business Administration/ Finance and Economics/Marketing Management, or any other relevant field
7/7 years of relevant banking experience, including 2 years as Senior Customer Relationship Officer
Position 3 – Data Clerk (On a contract basis)
Qualifications and Experience Required
Education: A diploma in secretarial science, office management, or a related field is required.
Two and a half years of relevant experience

Qualifications and Experience Required
BA in HRM, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
Experience: 3 years of relevant banking experience, including one year as an officer.

Provide services in accordance with the service level agreement;
Contribute to the bank’s profitability in accordance with the goals set;

Provide timely, relevant, accurate, and complete reports on plan performance to the appropriate organ.
Specific Purposes:
Maintain or enhance key recruiting KPIs Plan and carry out a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy in order to attract high-quality candidates.
Use the defined sourcing approach to find candidates through talent pools (internal/external).
Screen candidates through resume review and phone interviews to ensure they have the necessary hard and soft skills for the roles they are applying for, as well as a cultural fit with the organisation.
Background checks and due diligence are ensured.
Prepare and distribute offer letters to new entrants.
Organise new hire orientation and act as a liaison between all new hires and their supervisors;
New entrants were introduced to the bank and its culture, as well as given the tools and information they needed to become productive members of the team.
Maintain employee records are properly arranged, maintained, and kept in the proper custody at the initial stage;
As needed, assist the senior officer with all Talent Acquisition and Onboarding activities.
Handle any additional related tasks as directed by your immediate supervisor.

Junior Project Business Analyst – Position 6
Qualifications and Experience Required
MA/MBA/BA in Project Management/Project Planning and Monitoring/Business Administration or a related field is required.
Experience: One year of relevant banking industry experience.
Functions that are generic:
To avoid project impediments and overall project timeline disruption, clearly communicate any obstacles.
Analyse and recommend system configurations and other changes based on business requirements.
Coordination with architects to understand and effectively communicate project solution direction to team members, ensuring the inclusion of all necessary resources.
Specific Purposes:
Develop Use cases to assist BRD in expanding on Business Scenarios
Assist with regulatory work in the Project Area
Complete Data examination and analysis
Complete Responsibilities for risk reporting on a daily basis
Collaboration with financial advisors is essential.
Assist with day-to-day billing operations

Mentor and assist staff below his/her grade level in achieving effective performance.
Participate in the development, review, and implementation of the division’s policies and procedures, plan/budget, and performance report.
Provide services in accordance with the service level agreement;
Contribute to the bank’s profitability in accordance with the goals set;

Follow the bank’s internal control system and risk management programme.
Participate in the development of the bank’s reward, recognition, incentive, and benefit package.
To maintain a high-performance work culture that attracts and engages necessary talent, provide overall expertise in all aspects of reward and employee service.
Provide employee benefit programmes such as insurance, leaves, safety, working conditions, and other employee services, as well as keep records secure.
Collect and compile pertinent data in order to create comprehensive rewards programmes that are both competitive and cost-effective for the bank.

Experience: 3 years of banking operations experience as a CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.
Grade – I Position 9 – Branch Manager
Qualifications and Experience Required
BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field is required.
Experience: 7 years of relevant banking experience, including 1 year as an Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager, or 7 years of relevant banking experience, including at least 2 years as a Senior Officer in a banking operations position.
Generic Functions: Prepare/review the branch’s work plans/budgets and monitor their execution.
