Customer Service Executive I (New Graduates) Position
Minimum requirements include a BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or a closely related business field.
Experience
No prior knowledge is necessary.
Only 2023 G.C. graduates with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 may apply.
The goal of the position is to increase resource mobilisation for the Branch by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services, while also enhancing customer satisfaction by handling front-line customer service tasks with care and maximum efficiency.
Fundamental Purpose
Engage in and carry out customer acquisition and account opening procedures.
initiates the exchange of cash for/from cash,
receives physical cash from Casher and delivers it to Casher,
Cash is collected, paid, and respective accounts are debited or credited.
Verify and reconcile actual cash with the cashier.
Obtain customer signatures, photos, and customer verification, as well as carry out other tasks as needed.
Workplace: Addis Abeba and the surrounding area, branches in the Bahir Dar District, branches in the South East Region, branches in the South West Region, and branches in the
Information Technology Trainee Officer-I (New Graduates), Position 2.
The goal of the position is to contribute to the Bank’s efficient business operations by properly responding to branch requests for first level technical support regarding Core Banking System applications.
A B.Sc. in computer science, information technology, or a closely related field is required.
