Position 1: Reward and Employee Service Officer
Qualifications: BA in Management, Business Management, Public administration or any other related fields.
Experience: Three /3 years of relevant Banking experience of which one/1 years on officer position.
Purpose of the Job: To incentivize workforce, raise the moral and level of satisfaction of outstanding performers, create enthusiasm, interest and innovation in work among employees, promote the culture of acknowledgment and manage employee benefit services including insurance, leaves, safety, health, working conditions and other employee services.
Essential Functions:
- Participate in the development the reward, recognition, incentive, and benefit package of the bank
- Provide overall expertise in all aspects of reward and employee service to sustain a high-performance work culture which attracts and engages necessary talent;
- Provide employee benefits programs such as insurance, leaves, safety, health working conditions and other employee services and keep records safe;
- Collect and compile relevant data to develop comprehensive rewards programs that are competitive and cost-effective for the bank.
- Handles payments, benefits and various requests of employees
- Mentor and enable staffs below his/her grades towards achieving their effective performance;

Position 2: Customer Service Executive – II (IFB)
Qualification: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and related fields.
Experience: 1 year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE or related position.
Purpose of the Job: To enhance customer satisfaction by handling front line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency ; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services;
Essential Functions:
- Initiates cash transfer from/to Cash;
- Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Cash Administrator;
- Collects/pays cash and debit/credit the respective accounts;
- Post transaction in to the system after ascertaining appropriateness of the account particulars and documents against profile maintained in the system.
- Updates passbook prints deal slip or issues a customer advice;
- Verifies and Validates DRS incoming transfers;
- Checks KYC and AML;
- Exchanges cash denominations and posts the transactions

Position 3: Senior Digital Payment Officer
Qualification: BA in Business Management/ Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance and Economics/Marketing Management or any other related fields.
Experience: Five/5 years of relevant Banking experience of which two/2 years on officer position.
Purpose of the Job: To maximize the acquisition and retention of digital –banking customers of the Bank through expansion of the various digital channels (ATM, POS, etc.); creating innovative framework and implementing value-adding product and services, and ensure service delivery is as per the required service standards with the view to achieving the Bank’s business objectives.
Essential Functions:
· Prepare Business requirement to avail terminals and develop deployment guideline/plan (for ATM and POS) and monitor the deployment is carrying-out as per the guideline;
· Participate in the development of initiatives on digital banking business requirements in collaboration with cross functional units;
· Closely follow up and evaluate the performance of ATMs and POSs and other digital channel deployed in various outlets and prepare redeployment proposal for those poorly performing;
· Prepare/revise KPI for digital channels operations, product and services as well;
· Initiate, introduce and redesign users’ need-tailored digital channel products and services that would adhere to both dynamic changing customers preferences and payment landscape;

Position 4: Senior Customer Service Officer- Cash (IFB)
Qualification: BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, and related fields.
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in banking operations as CSO, CSR, and CSE.
Purpose of the Job: To manage the overall cash movements and operation of the Branch; ensure that daily balance of cash agrees with the general ledger; supervises staffs engaged in cash area;
Essential Functions:
- Perform KYC and Customer due diligence upon opening accounts
- Receive and deliver physical cash from and to customers,
- Collect/pay cash and debit/credit the respective accounts,
- Update passbook, print deal slip, or issues customer advice,
- Issue and sign Payment Instruments,
- Perform other duties as required.

Position 5: Talent Acquisition & Onbording Officer
Qualifications: BA in Management, Business Management, Public administration and Development Management or any other related fields.
Experience: Three/3 years of relevant Banking experience of which One/1 year on officer position.
Purpose of the Job: To identify, recruit, select, socialize and retain highly competent and qualified individuals in line with the bank’s human capital strategy, policies and procedures.
Essential Functions:
- Plan, process and manage staff recruitment, selection and onboarding activities in accordance with the HR procedure of the bank;
- Interpret and implement human resource directives within terms of reference; ensures that corporate human resource policies, rules and regulations are adhered;
- Participates in end-to-end Talent Acquisition and onboarding processes, in general.
- Follow up and ensure talent acquisition and on boarding activities are implemented within planned calendars.
- Initiate and Confirm new hire process works are performed as per Banks’ HR standards.

Experience: 7 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager.
Purpose of the Job: To achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank through cross selling the Bank’s products & services; acquiring & retaining customers, improving customer services and building strong customer relationships to maximize resources mobilization efforts; managing overall retail banking operations at the assigned branch.
Essential Functions:
- Lead in the development and revision of the branch office’s functional strategy aligned with the business level strategy of the Bank;
- Plan and lead the resource mobilization activity of the Branch by organizing and coordinating the branch work force in an effective manner.
- Support regular checks on service delivery at the branch through methods such as customer survey at the branch to determine customers ‘perception & experience of the Bank’s service;
- Ensure an attractive banking service is delivered and maintained;
