Position: I (Female) Security Guard

Important Functions:

Job Purpose: To support the Bank’s operations by ensuring the safety and security of the organization and its personnel, as well as providing secure customer services in a welcoming environment.

Functions that are generic:

  • Patrolling and securing the area, as well as protecting properties and facilities
  • Allow people and vehicles to enter.
  • Report any suspicious behavior or events.

Specific Purposes:

  • Report missing items, inconsistencies, and damaged property to avoid inventory losses.
  • If appropriate, use radio or other communication devices in a clear and concise manner.
  • Report on daily activities, observations, and incidents in writing;
  • To prevent theft and ensure workplace security, keep an eye on the entrance and exit.

Requirements for the Position:

Completion of the eighth-grade

Experience: two to two years of relevant military/police service.

OR

Completion of the 10th or 12th grade

  • Four and a half years of experience as a lady searcher

Position 2: Senior Information Technology Security Administrator

Job Purpose: Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the security of the bank’s information assets and technology resources.

Functions that are generic:

  • Implement and maintain security safeguards;
  • Identify and resolve potential and existing security issues;
  • Assess the current situation by analyzing trends and anticipating security needs.
  • Analyze existing security systems and make changes or improvements recommendations;
  • Prepare reports and action plans in the event of a security breach.

Monitor and ensure that the Bank’s information technology resources are adequately safeguarded against unauthorized destruction, alteration, and access.

Specific Purposes:

  • Contribute to the bank’s profitability in accordance with the goals set;
  • Follow the bank’s internal control system and risk management program;
  • Provide timely, relevant, accurate, and complete reports on plan performance to the appropriate organ.
  • Implement prompt corrective action on deficiencies and issues raised or reported by various internal and external regulatory bodies;
  • Handle any other generic related activities that are deemed necessary.

Requirements for the Position:

B.Sc. in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field is required.

Experience: Five years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry, with two years as an officer.

Position 3: Customer Service Executive – II is the job title.

Important Functions:

Job Purpose: To improve customer satisfaction by handling front-line customer service activities with care and efficiency; to increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.

Functions that are generic:

  • Strengthen customer relationships and cross-sell the bank’s positive image in the community.
  • Provide timely, relevant, accurate, and complete reports on plan performance to the appropriate organ.
  • Provide services in accordance with the service level agreement;
  • Contribute to the bank’s profitability in accordance with the goals set;
  • Work practices that promote teamwork, collaboration, and transparency
  • Follow the bank’s internal control system and risk management program;

Specific Purposes:

  • Engage in and carry out customer recruitment and account opening tasks
  • Administer the Primary Vault in collaboration with the Branch Operations Manager/Branch Manager.
  • Receive, verify, deposit, and withdraw cash from and from the Primary and Secondary Vaults;
  • Receive or send a cash consignment from/to the Treasury;
