Position 1: Customer Service Representative
Education: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, management, economics, or a related field is required.
Work Experience: One year as a Graduate Trainee.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial management principles and practises; • Knowledge of bank financial management policies and procedures
• Capability to coordinate and direct subordinates; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Branch Cashier I Position 2
Education: Bachelor of Science in Accounting/Banking/Management Work Experience: Two (2) years of relevant banking experience
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial management principles and practises
• Solid understanding of bank financial management policies and procedures
• Capability to coordinate and direct subordinates;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Branch Accountant I is the third position available
Education: Bachelor of Science in Accounting/Banking/Management
Two (2) years of relevant banking experience is required.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial management principles and practises;
• Knowledge of bank financial management policies and procedures
• Capability to coordinate and direct subordinates;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Branch Manager I Position 4
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, banking, management, or a related field Work Experience: Six (6) years of branch banking experience, four of which were in supervisory positions
• Knowledge of accounting and financial management principles and practises; • Knowledge of bank financial management policies and procedures
• Capability to coordinate and direct subordinates; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
5 (Five) is the required number.
