Customer Service Officers (CSOs) – II

Required Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, management, banking and finance, economics, or a similar field is required, as well as 0 years of experience.

CGPA:

  • For females 2.25 and up
  • Males aged 2.5 and up

Age: Under 30 years old

  • Age – less than 30 years

The CSO handles client queries, payments and collections, deposit mobilization, and prospecting, ensures that correct receipts and advice are sent to consumers for all transactions, balances daily cash transactions, and prepares daily cash position.

Work Location: Addis Abeba District Branches

  • Hawassa District Branches
  • Bahirdar District Branches
  • Dessie District’s Branches
  • Branches within the Gondar District
  • Debre Berhan District branches and

Adama District branches (containing all Oromia regions)

Establishment

Abay Bank met all of the National Bank of Ethiopia’s prerequisites for establishing a bank, was officially created on July 14, 2010, and began full-fledged banking activities on November 3, 2010. As of June 30, 2023, the bank’s paid-up capital is Birr 4.733 Billion/ Four Billion Seven Hundred Thirty Three Million Birr, and the number of share holders has reached 4,437/ Four Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Seven. Through its branch network, the bank is ready to service all economic sectors. It provides services in the local and international trade, agricultural, industrial, transportation, construction, and real estate sectors.
